I really liked Billie. She was professional and knowledgeable about the house-buying process. She DID tell me that she was not super knowledgeable about my area (Goshen) which I was ok with because she said she would show me houses wherever I wanted and whenever. And most of the time, she did. However, there were a couple of times when I wanted to look at a house and I had to wait a day because she couldn't do it. I think this was mostly because she was so far away. If I had to do it again, I think I would have just picked a local agent. That's not anything against Billie. Again, she's great. I just wish she were local.

Our family worked mainly with Laurie, although Sarah helped us out a few times and was awesome. I can't say enough good things about Laurie.
